Real Bride - Karla

We met Karla in a whirlwind, she had booked a bridal fitting with us one Saturday she flew down from Secunda to our boutique in Durbanville. She brought both her Mother and soon to be Mother-in-law to the fitting. She explained to us that she would only be available for this fitting as she would need to return home and would not be able to come for a second fitting so we had to make sure our measurements were exact! We loved making this dress for Karla and sending her precious package to her. We usually see brides for a 2nd and sometimes a 3rd fit so this was somewhat nerve wracking hoping that the dress would fit, only seeing...

Real Bride - Lindi

Lindi is one of the INCREDIBLY special brides that we have known for many years. This particular wedding and blog post holds a very special place in our heart as Lindi has been a #realblackeyedsusie from the beginning. We have had the tremendous honour of taking a personal journey with Lindi, from making her Matric Dance Dress, her 21st party dress, her graduation dress and most recently her wedding dress (not to mention a few special occasion susies in between ;)). We have watched her grow into the incredibly beautiful, strong, gentle hearted, caring woman she is today. We are overjoyed that she has found her other half, the man who completes her... From the very first email we received from Robyn we were so excited to work with this beautiful bubbly bride!
